SUBSCRIPTION AGREMENT/POLICY

Parties:
This Subscription Service Contract ("Agreement") is entered into between LVXLABSINC, located at www.lvxlabs.com, and you, the customer ("Subscriber").

1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription through LVXLABSINC at www.lvxlabs.com you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement governs your subscription to METAFYZICAL SMART ENERGY including recurring orders, billing, and delivery.

2. Subscription Plans

Plan Details: The subscription plan you select at checkout specifies the product(s), delivery frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly), and pricing. Plan details are available in your customer account at https://account.lvxlabs.com/pages/6971b1a1-27f6-4c27-b8b0-3009fd3b921d and in the order confirmation email.
Recurring Orders: Your subscription will automatically generate recurring orders based on the selected frequency until canceled or paused in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Billing and Payments

Recurring Charges: You authorize LVXLABSINC to charge the payment method provided at checkout for each recurring order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied.
Price Changes: LVXLABSINC reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes at least [e.g., 30 days] in advance via email or your customer account. Continued use of the subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, LVX LABS will attempt to reprocess the payment [e.g., 2 times] within [e.g., 7 days]. You will be notified of failed attempts. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
4. Delivery

Shipping: Physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for updating your address in your customer account.
Delivery Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped according to the subscription plan’s frequency. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Digital Products: For digital subscriptions, access will be provided via [e.g., email, customer account, or third-party platform] upon successful payment.
5. Modifications, Pauses, and Cancellations

Modifications: You may modify your subscription (e.g., change products, frequency, or address) through your customer account at https://account.lvxlabs.com/pages/6971b1a1-27f6-4c27-b8b0-3009fd3b921d, subject to availability. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

6. Refunds and Returns

8. Termination by Merchant

LVXLABSINC may terminate your subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or unavailability of products. You will be notified of termination via email, and any prepaid amounts for undelivered orders will be refunded unless termination results from your breach of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVXLABSINC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription, including delays, product unavailability, or errors in delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription order in question.

10. Governing Law

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Subscription Service Contract.
