General Information 

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours. Please note, this is a goal but not a guarantee. 

During times of demand surges, it can take us few business days to process your order. Once an item is marked as shipped, we will email you. It may take 24 hours for a scan to show on your tracking email. 

Typically, orders do not ship on Sat & Sun. However, in times of new product releases & other times of high demand, your order may ship over the weekend.

How Long Does it Take: Domestic Shipping (USA + Puerto Rico)

It can take 1-5 days to arrive to you depending on your distance from California. You may choose expedited handling at checkout to help us cut handling time to ensure faster delivery. 

International Shipping (worldwide)

We ship to all corners of the world. Our shipping provider will pass on your parcel to your local delivery carried based on your country. 

International shipping can take 1-3 weeks, but this is just a guideline. We have seen shipping take as little as 5 days, and as long as 1.5 months. 

 

Military Base Shipping

We proudly ship to all APO/FPO military addresses. Please make sure you enter in your address correctly, and make sure to select USA as the country, regardless of where you are stationed. Our shipping provider will know where to send it based on your APO/FPO address. Thank you for your service.
