RETURN POLICY

 

Refund policy

We Accept Returns. 


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, all returns must be from unopened or unused products (Order #). 

Unfortunately, items that were on sale or that a coupon code was used on are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at lvxlabsinc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited edition, collectible, or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take UP TO 5 days  for your bank or credit card company to return the funds to your account

Unfortunately, items that were on sale or that a coupon code was used on are not eligible for returns or refunds.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the item sold , and shipping and tax charges is not eligible for refund.
